Extraordinary Ministers of Communion

The Extraordinary Ministers of Communion assist  in the distribution of Holy Communion at Mass. Some ministers also take Communion to the sick and home bound.  Communion ministers are commissioned by the Bishop for a three year term which is renewable and are mandated only after completing the required training which is offered annually.
